- 24 whole Waverly Wafers Or Club Crackers
- 24 slices Thin Cut Bacon
- 8 ounces, weight Parmesan Cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.

2Put a heap of parmesan cheese on top of each cracker.

3Then, take a strip of bacon and wrap it around the cracker.

4This will keep the cheese inside.

5You do not need to secure it with a toothpick because the bacon will stick to itself.

6Line the crackers up on a broiler pan rack, this will keep them from getting soggy as the bacon cooks and drips.

7You do not need to turn them.

8Bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours.

9Then remove from the oven and leave them on the rack in the pan to drain.

10Eat immediately or layer them in a bag and place them in the freezer for later.
