- 1/2 lb. cooked, crumbled bacon
- 2 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix all together.

2Heat in saucepan over low heat until warm; do not boil.

3This dressing can be used warm or cold but I always heat it anyway to blend the ingredients a little better.
