Bacon, Egg and Cheddar Bread

- 1 can prepared crumbled bacon
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 tsp. yeast
Directions

1Place all ingredients, except yeast, in bread pan in the order given.

2Make a little hole in the ingredients and add the yeast in the hole.

3Press start on your bread machine.

4Observe the dough as it kneads.

5If it appears dry add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time until dough is smooth and pliable.

6Cool on a cake rack before slicing.
