- 3 lbs hickory smoked bacon
- 1 (6 lb) can sweet whole kernel corn
- pepper
Directions

1In a large skillet over a fire fry bacon until crisp.

2Remove bacon from pan allowing drippings and small parts to remain.

3Add drained corn to hot grease in skillet over medium heat.

4Stir with large spatula to keep from sticking.

5As corn gets hot and coated in grease begin adding pepper.

6A small amount at a time goes a long way as the dish cooks.

7Continue cooking over medium heat for 20 minutes.

8Continue stirriing to keep corn from sticking.

9Serve Hot.
