- 8 ounces bacon, roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 lemon, rind
- 1 egg white
- black pepper
- 1 pinch paprika
Directions

1Place the bacon in a food processor with the breadcrumbs, spring onions, parsley, lemon rind, egg white and pepper.

2Process the mixture until it is finely chopped and begins to bind together.

3Divide the mixture into 8 even sized pieces and shape into long ovals around 8 soaked bamboo skewers.

4Sprinkle the koftas with paprika on a barbecue for 8-10 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
