- 1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
- 1 pt. whole tomatoes
- 4 slices bacon
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Cut bacon up fine; fry crisp.

2Remove from grease.

3Put sauerkraut, brown sugar and tomatoes in casserole dish.

4Mix altogether with 2 tablespoons bacon drippings.

5Mix well and sprinkle bacon pieces over top.

6Bake 1 hour, uncovered, in a 350° oven.
