- 2 c. cubed American cheese
- 4 strips bacon, fried and coarsely crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
Directions

1Place half the mashed potatoes (freshly cooked) in a well buttered casserole.

2Sprinkle with half the cheese, bacon and onion.

3Cover with remaining potatoes.

4Repeat topping of cheese, bacon and onion.

5Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
