- 6 slices bacon
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. half and half or light cream
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell (frozen)
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.

2Cook onion in bacon drippings until tender.

3Drain well.

4Beat together eggs, cream and salt.

5Stir in bacon and onion.

6Toss cheese with flour.

7Place in frozen pie shell.

8Pour egg mixture over.

9Bake at 325° on cookie sheet for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted midway comes out clean.

10Cool 10 minutes before serving.
