Bacon-Ranch Roasted Taters

Ingredients
- 3 lb red potatoes; quartered
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 packages applewood bacon
- 1 1/2 tbsp rosemary; minced
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp thyme; minced
- 2 tsp ground white pepper
- 2 pinch salt
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
Directions

1Place bacon on a sheet tray.

2Bake at 350 for approximately 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crispy and fat is rendered.

3Remove bacon from tray and dice into medium bite sized pieces.

4Set aside.

5Toss potatoes with enough bacon fat to cover.

6Add oil only if necessary.

7Season with dried spices.

8Roast at 400 for approximately 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are caramelized and fork tender.

9Shake baking tray a few times during cooking to move around potatoes for more even caramelization.

10Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl.

11Toss with ranch and most of the bacon.

12Garnish with remaining bacon.
