  • 12 loaf Italian bread
  • 12 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded

    heat, cook bacon until crisp; drain on a paper towel lined plate.

    Cut bread on the diagonal into 4 1 inch thick slices.

    Place bread in skillet and cook until golden on bottom 1-2 minutes.

    Flip and top each slice with 2 pieces bacon and a handful of cheese.
