- 1 lb. bacon, cut in half
- 1 or 2 cans whole water chestnuts, drained
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. catsup
Directions

1Wrap each chestnut with a 1/2 slice bacon.

2Secure with a toothpick.

3Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Bake uncovered for 1/2 hour at 350°.

5Drain grease off.

6Mix sugar and catsup.

7Pour over bacon and cover with foil.

8Bake another half hour or so.

9Serve hot.
