Bacon Wrapped Oysters

- 1 (12 oz.) jar fresh oysters
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- paprika
- pepper
- 8 slices bacon, cut in thirds
Directions

1Drain oysters.

2Place an oyster on each piece of bacon. Sprinkle with parsley and seasonings.

3Wrap bacon around oyster and secure with a toothpick.

4Place on broiler rack and broil about 4 inches from source of heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

5Turn carefully.

6Broil 4 to 5 minutes longer or until bacon is crisp and oysters begin to curl at the edges.

7Makes approximately 20 to 25 hors d'oeuvres.

8Also good skewered on barbecue pit.
