Bacon Wrapped Scallops

- 1/2 lb. sea scallops, cut into 4 pieces
- 12 slices bacon, cut in half lengthwise and crosswise
- 1 1/4 tsp. Greek seasonings
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Directions

1Wrap each piece of scallop with a piece of bacon.

2Secure with a wooden toothpick.

3Sprinkle with Greek seasonings, lemon juice and pepper.

4Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.

5Broil 5 inches from heat 8 minutes or until bacon is crisp, turning once. Serve immediately.
