- 1 (2 oz.) can rinsed anchovies
- 10 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. whipping cream
- 1 c. olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Heat oil in saucepan; add garlic and 1/4 cup cream.

2Reduce heat to low; cook 1/2 hour.

3Add anchovies.

4Cook 3 minutes.

5Add the butter and the rest of the cream and cook 5 to 8 more minutes or until slightly thickened.

6Salt and pepper to taste.

7Serve with sliced raw veggies or French bread.
