Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can early peas, drained
- 6 potatoes, cut
- 2 or 3 sticks celery
- 1 pkg. carrots, cut
- 1 large onion
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, mashed
- 4 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 8 oz. water
- salt, pepper and garlic salt
Directions

1Put 2-inches of butter in bottom of pan.

2Place beef in butter.

3Pour cooking oil over beef. Sift flour. Cover beef with flour.

4Put in oven.

5Heat until it turns to gravy.

6Take out of oven. Add all ingredients.

7If needed, add more water.

8Bake at 350° for 3 or 4 hours.
