- 2 cups ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 2 egg
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions

1Spread ice cream in bottom of plastic-lined 2-quart bowl; freeze 10 minutes.

2Combine graham cracker crumbs, margarine or butter and 1/4 cup sugar in small bowl; set aside.

3Prepare cheesecake filling according to package directions using milk; spread half the filling over ice cream.

4Press half the crumb mixture lightly on cheesecake layer; repeat layers.

5Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

6Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in small bowl with electric mixer at high speed until foamy; gradually beat in remaining sugar until stiff peaks form.

7Set aside.

8Unmold onto heat-proof plate.

9Spread meringue over mold, sealing to plate.

10Bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned; serve immediately.
