  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 3 Tbsp. molasses
  • 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings

    Crumble bacon.

    Cook onion in 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings until tender.

    Mix bacon, onion, pork and beans, mustard and molasses.

    Bake, uncovered, in 1 1/2-quart casserole at 350° for 35 minutes.
