- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can butter beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; drain, crumble and set aside.

2Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings.

3Stir in brown sugar and vinegar; simmer 5 minutes.

4Combine onion mixture with beans. Cook in crock-pot for 8 hours on low or bake in 300° oven for 3 hours.

5Top with bacon.
