  • 2 large (32 oz. size) cans pork and beans
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 6 to 8 pieces bacon

Directions

    Fry bacon.

    Drain some juice from the pork and beans.

    Mix together all ingredients, except the bacon.

    Crumble the bacon on top.

    Bake in a covered casserole dish at 350° for 1 hour.

    Serves 8 to 10.
