- about 4 c. leftover pinto beans or 2 cans pinto beans, about 15 oz. can
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped
- 1 medium sized pepper, chopped
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 c. canned chopped tomatoes
Directions

1Drain canned beans.

2Cook onion and pepper in 2 tablespoons oil or bacon drippings.

3Add to beans with Ro-Tel tomatoes and canned tomatoes.

4Add a clove of garlic if you like.

5Place in a baking dish.

6Place strip of bacon on top.

7Bake about 350° until brown on top about 45 minutes.
