Ingredients

  • about 4 c. leftover pinto beans or 2 cans pinto beans, about 15 oz. can
  • 1 medium sized onion, chopped
  • 1 medium sized pepper, chopped
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 c. canned chopped tomatoes

Directions

    Drain canned beans.

    Cook onion and pepper in 2 tablespoons oil or bacon drippings.
  3. 3
    Add to beans with Ro-Tel tomatoes and canned tomatoes.

    Add a clove of garlic if you like.

    Place in a baking dish.

    Place strip of bacon on top.

    Bake about 350° until brown on top about 45 minutes.
