Ingredients

  • 1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 1 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 c. molasses

    Fry bacon and onion until bacon is cooked.

    Drain some of the grease but keep some for flavor.

    Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.

    Add ketchup, mustard, molasses and Worcestershire sauce.

    Mix in beans.

    Bake at 350° in 9 x 13-inch pan or a casserole dish for 1 1/2 hours.

    Stir every 1/2 hour.
