  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 egg (slightly beaten)
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1- 8 oz. can tomato sauce

Directions

    Place beef, ketchup, onion, egg, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in large bowl. Toss together lightly. Shape into thick rounds, place in shallow pan. Pour tomato sauce over top and bake uncovered. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
