  • 2 beets medium
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano crushed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    Peel and cut the beets into wedges.

    Place them on an aluminum foil sheet. Add the garlic, rosemary, oregano, oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.

    Close the aluminum foil sheet and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Serve warm, as a side dish or salad.
