- 1 wedge Brie
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 egg white
Directions

1Roll crescent dough flat like pastry.

2Reserve about 1/3 for decoration, if desired.

3Wrap Brie wedge completely in dough and seal.

4Place in baking dish with sealed side on bottom.

5Use reserved dough for cutting decorations to place on top (I cut small leaves).

6Brush with lightly beaten egg white.

7Bake at 350° until browned and bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes.
