Baked Brisket

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 lb. beef brisket, trimmed
  • 1 bottle Woody's Cook-In-Sauce
  • 1 can clear beef broth

Directions

    Combine Cook-In-Sauce and broth in a large bowl.

    Roll meat in sauce until thoroughly covered.
  3. 3
    Place in roasting pan and pour remaining sauce over meat. Cover with foil.

    Bake in a 250° oven for about 3 hours.

    Cool thoroughly before slicing.

    Slice thin and place back in sauce overnight.
  7. 7
    Heat before serving.
