- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

1Preheat oven to 425°. Place Broccolini in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Combine lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper; drizzle over Broccolini and toss to coat.
