Baked Cabbage

  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 6 slices bacon, cut up
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut cabbage into 1-inch squares.

    Put in casserole dish. Mix sugar and flour. Combine with cream, salt and pepper.

    Pour over cabbage.

    Cover with raw bacon. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, covered. Remove cover and bake until bacon is crisp.
