- 10 whole Tomatoes
- 4 ounces, weight Mozzarella, Cut Into Ten Pieces
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil Leaves, Torn

1Note: You can easily make this using as many tomatoes as you want, just scale everything accordingly.

2Its not so much of a measuring recipe as it is a guide.

3Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F and spray a baking tray with cooking spray.

4In each tomato, cut a deep X about halfway through the tomato.

5Push a piece of mozzarella into each X.

6Place the tomatoes on the tray and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

7Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften and open.

8Remove from the oven, drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top, garnish with fresh basil, and serve.
