Baked Caramel Corn

  • 18 cups Air-Popped Popcorn
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 sticks Butter
  • 1/2 cups White Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda

Directions

    Combine and boil salt, brown sugar, butter and corn syrup for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. Pour over popcorn and coat well. Bake @ 250 degrees for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.

    Cool and store. This freezes well.
