- 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 12 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 6 quarts popped popcorn
- to taste vanilla
Directions

1Make popcorn and put in a large roasting pan.

2Set aside.

3Melt margarine in pan.

4Stir in sugar, corn syrup and salt.

5Bring to a boil stirring constantly.

6Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.

7Remove from heat.

8Stir in baking soda and vanilla.

9Pour over corn mixing well.

10Bake at 250 F for 1 hour.

11Stir every 15 minutes.Remove from oven.

12Cool, break apart and store in tightly covered containers.
