- 2 c. cooked carrots, drained
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1 onion, chopped medium
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 c. milk
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Directions

1Drain carrots. Melt oleo in a pan with onion.

2Let simmer. Stir in flour, salt, mustard, pepper, celery salt and cheese. Pour milk in gradually. Grease casserole.

3Layer everything. Cover with croutons.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
