  • 1 lb. bacon, fried
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. real mayonnaise
  • 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Beat cream cheese; add sour cream, onion, bacon and cheese. Spoon in enough mayo for good consistency (not more than 3/4 cup). Pour into 9-inch square dish.

    Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm with assorted crackers.
