- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1Preheat oven to 250 degrees

2Cover baking sheet with tin foil. Grease tin foil with olive oil.

3Wash cherry tomatoes.

4Cut tomatoes in half.

5Place on baking sheet.

6Bake for 2-4 hours, rotating every 30 to 45 minutes. The tomatoes will shrink and become sweet. If you bake for four hours they will become crisp.

7Sprinkle with salt if using right away.

8Freeze leftovers and enjoy in the middle of winter.
