- 1 whole fryer
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Place fryer (whole) on a baking pan or dish.

3Pour soy sauce over chicken and try to brush some inside the stomach.

4Sprinkle the garlic salt, then the sugar and lastly the ground pepper all around the chicken.

5Place pan in the oven and bake, checking occasionally.

6Check every 15 minutes until done and when doing so, brush drippings over and around the chicken.
