  • 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
  • large sour cream
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix 8 ounces Cheddar cheese, mushroom soup and sour cream. Pour mixture over chicken.

    Place 8 ounces Cheddar cheese on top. Cook 2 hours at 275°; 1 hour at 350°.

    Place foil over first 2 hours and remove last hour.
