Baked Chicken Rolls

  • 6 small chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • dash of salt
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • extra cheese (optional)

Directions

    Combine chicken, 1/2 cup of cheese and salt to taste in a bowl; set aside.

    Separate crescent rolls into 10 triangles; place a small amount of chicken mixture on each roll.

    Roll up, as for crescents and set aside.

    Stir together milk, soup and remaining 1/2 cup of cheese; spoon a small amount of soup mixture into a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Top with rolls.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Pour remaining sauce over it and bake until done.
