- 10 whole green chilies, seeded
- 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, cut in 10 strips
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cut chilies in half.

3Spread chilies on paper towel and pat dry.

4Slip a strip of Monterey Jack cheese into each chili and lay them side by side in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
