  • 12 oz. can whole corn
  • 12 oz. can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

    Combine corn, eggs, muffin mix and sour cream.

    Add cooled, melted butter, salt and pepper. Pour into greased 10-inch square casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to oven for 15 additional minutes.
