- 12 oz. can whole corn
- 12 oz. can creamed corn
- 2 eggs
- 8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Combine corn, eggs, muffin mix and sour cream.

2Add cooled, melted butter, salt and pepper. Pour into greased 10-inch square casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

3Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to oven for 15 additional minutes.
