- 2 eggs
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix well and pour into a casserole.

2Add a piece of butter to the top.

3Place into a pan of 1-inch boiling water at 350° for 40 minutes.

4Place a knife through the center.

5Draw the knife out. If any corn is on the knife, let bake 5 to 10 minutes more.
