  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (15 oz.) whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Melt margarine.

    Mix corns, sour cream and corn muffin mix.

    Place mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top and bake 30 minutes.
