  • 1 can (16 oz.) white corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. butter

Directions

    Mix eggs and salt together.

    In bowl combine milk, cornstarch and baking powder.

    Add egg mixture to boil, mix well.

    Pour corn into small pan.

    Cover corn with mixture and add butter on top. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
