  • 2 1/2 c. creamed corn
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Place corn in 2-quart casserole.

    Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; add to the milk with the eggs.

    Pour over the corn; dot with butter.

    Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean at 325°.

    Serves 4 to 6.
