- 2 cans regular corn (undrained)
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 small box or pouch cornbread muffin mix
Directions

1Mix corn, sour cream, butter, eggs and sugar. Stir in muffin mix and pour into well-greased casserole. Bake at 350° until knife inserted into middle comes out clean, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Lower to 325° for glass dishes.
