  • 2 cans creamed corn (undrained)
  • 2 cans regular corn (undrained)
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 small box or pouch cornbread muffin mix

Directions

    Mix corn, sour cream, butter, eggs and sugar. Stir in muffin mix and pour into well-greased casserole. Bake at 350° until knife inserted into middle comes out clean, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Lower to 325° for glass dishes.
