- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 10 oz. shredded cheese
Directions

1Mix all in a 2 1/2-quart dish sprayed with Pam.

2Bake at 350° for 1 hour or so, covered with foil.
