- 1 c. meal
- 2 Tbsp. flour (plain)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix meal, flour (plain), salt, sugar, milk, water and egg together.

2Use ovensafe pie dish or iron frypan.

3Place butter into dish or pan and allow it to melt in oven at 425°.

4When butter has melted, pour cornbread mixture into pan.

5Place back into oven set at 425° and allow to bake for 20 minutes.
