  • 1 can corn
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 3 egg whites, unbeaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley (optional)

Directions

    Chop up corn; add mixture of whipping cream, 3 unbeaten egg whites, salt and pepper.

    Butter a casserole dish; sprinkle with parsley, if you wish.

    Pour in corn mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until it sets.
