- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 3 egg whites, unbeaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. parsley (optional)
Directions

1Chop up corn; add mixture of whipping cream, 3 unbeaten egg whites, salt and pepper.

2Butter a casserole dish; sprinkle with parsley, if you wish.

3Pour in corn mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until it sets.
