  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 2 c. chow mein noodles
  • 1 small can mushrooms (use juice)
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mixed vegetables (use juice)
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

    Chop onions and dice celery.

    Brown meat, onions and celery in tablespoon of shortening.

    Mix with balance of ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
