  • 2 c. croutons
  • 1 lb. browned sausage
  • 4 Egg Beaters
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup

    Beat the eggs until well mixed.

    Add the browned sausage, milk, cheese and soup.

    Mix.

    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with 2 cups croutons. Add the above mixture. Bake at 325° for 60 to 75 minutes.
