Ingredients
- 10 oz. frozen hash browns
- 9 to 10 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pt. skim milk
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. green peppers
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. sausage, ham or bacon
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Spray bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Line bottom of pan with hash browns.

4Crack eggs on top of hash browns and break yolks (do not scramble).

5Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then 1/2 of the cheese.

6Pour milk over the layers in the pan; sprinkle with onion, green peppers, meat and remaining cheese.

7Cover; refrigerate overnight.

8Bake about 40 minutes.
