  • 4 whole Carrots, Grated
  • 1/2 whole White Onion, Grated
  • 1 pound Ground Beef Or Turkey
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 20 whole Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1 whole Beaten Egg, For Egg Wash (optional)

Directions

    Mix carrots, onion, ground meat, egg, sugar, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and soy sauce together in a bowl.

    Fill wrapper with about 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture.

    Turn both ends in and roll them up.

    Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray; spray the tops with cooking spray or brush with a beaten egg.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until the outside is golden brown and the inside is done.
