- 4 whole Carrots, Grated
- 1/2 whole White Onion, Grated
- 1 pound Ground Beef Or Turkey
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 20 whole Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1 whole Beaten Egg, For Egg Wash (optional)
Directions

1Mix carrots, onion, ground meat, egg, sugar, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and soy sauce together in a bowl.

2Fill wrapper with about 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture.

3Turn both ends in and roll them up.

4Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray; spray the tops with cooking spray or brush with a beaten egg.

5Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until the outside is golden brown and the inside is done.
